We speak to the owners, their architects or anyone looking to improve the accessibility and inclusivity of their premises, with the offer of free advice from our very experienced committee. Almost always this is a win-win situation, anyone with a disability gets better access and the owners clientele base widens, bringing in increased revenue. The earlier the consultation the better, it is more cost-effective to make changes on the drawing board than after some building work has taken place.
